To thoroughly implement the strategies of building a strong transportation country and a digital China, promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence and road transport, and advance frontier interdisciplinary research and international exchange and cooperation in smart transportation, the 2026 International Seminar on Artificial Intelligence and New Technologies in Road Transport & International Smart Transportation Symposium (ISTS 2026) (hereinafter referred to as the "Seminar"), jointly hosted by the World Road Association (PIARC), the China Highway & Transportation Society (CHTS), JSTI Group Co., Ltd., Southeast University, and the International Road Federation (IRF), is scheduled to be held in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province from October 25 to 29, 2026.
